70 bed community-owned hospital
Oversees the operations of the following Clinics and the staff/physicians:
Professional Practices Clinic (includes 1 surgeon)
Wound Care Clinic (includes 1 physician)
Orthopedic Clinic (includes 1 physician)
Specialty Clinics (visiting physicians)
Hospital based physicians
Position reports to COO/CFO
20 FTEs
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
2 to 3 years prior clinic financial and marketing experience
Clinical experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of staffing, auditing, clerical and flexibility in role.
